1.3 Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges. Failure to pay tuition fees by the due date may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Students: Students may cancel their enrollment with at least two weeks' notice before the start of the class to receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable registration fees. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the class start date will not be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Cancellation by Nova Music School: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 Behavior Expectations: Students and parents/guardians are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the class without a refund.

3.2 Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for progress in music education. Students are encouraged to attend all scheduled classes and inform the instructor of any absences in advance.

4. Privacy and Use of Personal Information

4.1 Data Collection: We collect personal information during the enrollment process to provide and improve our services. By using our Site and services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Data Security: We implement reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
